NIGHT
Choose from a male or female voice and listen to our original guided sleep meditations, or just listen to the relaxing pure piano music you wont find anywhere else. Follow the online program and learn to meditate together with your child in an approachable way.

When your child meditates in the evening with a guided sleep meditation it helps lower the heart rate, make breathing gradual and experience deeper sleep. -> Each sleep meditation your child is given time and instructions to get comfortable, connect with the body and follow a breathing technique.

Then, when your child is relaxed, we embark on a journey together. -> The journey of meaning includes a story with a topic recognizable to children. The topic has a theme, usually takes place in a specific location and contains symbolism.

This journey is a sensory experience supported by pure piano music, quiet moments and sometimes subtle background sounds. -> Each meditation ends by returning to the here and now. Even if your child has fallen asleep, the messages from the meditation work on your childs subconscious mind.
